Cannot accept payments on website

I created a website and installed PayPal plugin from woocommerce but I just cannot receive payments on the website. I have tried every possible thing available on internet but customers are still unable to purchase anything. I even installed PayPal express checkout plugin by Webtoffee but it still didn’t work.
I have checked my PayPal account settings over a thousand times.

By emailing the customer about their preferred time or by using a calendar plugin which keeps track of the session bookings? Is there such a plugin? Also is it possible to present a time and date option before the add to cart button?
